Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the returned item arrives safely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement, refund, or prepaid return label at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods and cosmetics
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items under the EU cooling-off period.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees that may apply once the order reaches the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, any return shipping fees or related costs may be deducted from the final refund.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged item.
